I would definitely come back. Seems like friendly people as I had stayed inside for 30 minutes then left. Demeanor is understanding and asking questions for the customer. Seems like a fun work environment as well from a phone call I had while they were working on my car. Lobby is fine maybe could be a bit bigger or a very small space for people that bring computers. Water and snacks are available for free. Prices were better than competitors. They exceeded my expectations and added the sway bar to my car while keeping the price the same range in the quote that I was given. My car was out a day later understandably. At worst I would give this place a 4/5 star rating. The guys seem reliable though

I will start out by saying that this review comes down to being my fault for stupidly entrusting that the shop would give a reasonable and fair price to fix my car. I will not go into details, but this shop massively overcharged me as I learned later it should have been hundreds less to complete the work. Again, while it was my fault for not doing research prior, I think it's shameful to charge someone so much more knowing good and well you're overcharging.

Joe and his team are incredibly kind, trustworthy and efficient. My car was towed in overnight and Diamond Family Auto got to work the next day, keeping me updated with my car's issues as well as estimates. They got my car up and running by the next day and maybe it's just me, but my car is running better than it has in years! Thanks Joe and everyone at the shop!

We love Family Diamond Auto. They are trustworthy, honest, always kind and get the work done fast and at reasonable prices. We have had terrible luck with dealerships. No more. This is the only place we go. We've been coming here for a few years now. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and excellent pricing. I appreciate the fact that they take appointments. I was there a little longer than expected, but they have a comfortable waiting room. I will definitely go back
