This was my first time here for 2 cars and I can say I highly recommend them. Both hybrids I have decided to have issues at the same time. He was helpful and clear about costs and issues found with the diagnosis. Not only were they super quick at completing the work which got me and my husband back to driving as quickly as possible they were very courteous with each interaction. I was never made to feel stupid or confused about anything I asked about which I have experienced at some shops. Not only that they are honest with timing and with repairs just like my dad was as a boat mechanic when he was alive. I appreciate the honesty and friendly interactions. I will be utilizing Dick's Automotive in the future for my cars maintenance needs.

I called to get a quote, which is pretty standard. They refused to give me one. I told them I would understand if more cost would be added based on parts needed and they still refused to give a quote saying that they don't want to set an expectation. Meaning, you have other customers who have already complained about being quoted one price and charged another. Then you want to charge $350 for diagnostic, which you will not roll into cost of repair, when an authorized Maserati mechanics in Walnut Creek, and Los Angeles charge $299 and roll into repair. It's not about cost with me it's about service and trust and I can tell from conversations with multiple people I spoke to that they are not the most trustworthy group.
