Service department scratched my arm rest, peeled the plastic off of one of my device screens, left my hood unlatched for me to discover down the road & tried overcharging me for potential damage to my starter which I’m having another mechanic inspect further. I may have had multiple issues with my vehicle, however they declined to investigate the original reason I brought it in (which I’m uncertain if it’s still a problem or not) and fixed an obvious leak (which I am still grateful for) Had the original issue not been so serious, I would’ve taken it elsewhere… now I may still have to take it elsewhere to find if the original problem still exists.

Went in for an oil change and issue with manifold. After paying almost $1300.00 for one manifold to be repaired. I got the truck back. The following day i did not see where they bothered to do the oil change on the invoice and took it back in. Sure enough they did not change the oil. They told me that they would do the oil change for the cost of parts only, YIPPEE! If I were the manager and wanted to keep a customer I would of said, " Bring it back in at your convenience and we will do the oil change no charge ". Now I see why they have such poor reviews -Time for new staff! I will be using a new dealer from here on out as well as buying from a new dealer.

Took my Jeep Wrangler JK for service to fix something wrong with the wipers as well as to get general service done (oil change, filters, etc.), service was done but the wipers were not fixed which was the main purpose of my visit. I ended up having to take it back to the shop the day after, they were insisting that they had to change my wiper blades when I strictly told them multiple times that the problem was not the blades, it was the gear that held the wiper arms in position. At the end of the day from not understanding what I wanted to get fixed they told me I had to replace the wiper motor completely which was not the problem. I ended up getting my car back and fixing it myself.

After waiting 20minutes I didn’t even leave my car. The guy was a pompous I named 3 reasons I was beinging my car in all trans/exhaust related. He said $185 per issue. Never heard of a per issue price unless it was completely different but he was quick to let me know about his 17years experience saying it was normal. Also told me I should be prepared to pay at least $1000 for any trans issue. But had he asked the right questions and stopped tooting his own horn he would know my vehicle is under warranty. Oh and he complained that I had the last appointment of the day.Awful experience, I will not be back. Thanks for nothing.

Had 7:30am appointment for oil change, new battery, and some recalls. Called at 4pm to check on progress and was told truck had not yet been touched and they wanted to keep it through next week. Since no loner was offered, we got the truck back, drove to auto shop and changed the battery ourselves in the parking lot. Went to Auto Lube and got oil changed in less than 10 minutes. Never coming back here.
