I was just driving down westshore boulevard and all the sudden I see one of the Dickinson fleet services truck riding on my bumper and honking. His horn like his wife is having a baby in the back of the truck. Of course, none of that was true. It looks like he was just in a hurry, but hey, what an impression to leave on somebody when I've never even heard of the company. Whoever owns this place take a look at your drivers because whoever was driving last night at 9:35 p.m. on westshore boulevard is a maniac.

Took my truck in on Tuesday morning because I was told it would be looked at that afternoon. It was Thursday around noon when I talked to anyone about it. Then, they closed up and left early (at 2pm) without giving me the option to come get my truck when I explicitly said I didn’t want to leave it there over the long weekend. This shop did not address all my concerns about the truck and made me feel as though my truck and I weren’t worth their time. They certainly did not care about my time. I will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
