Diego's Mechanics

I went to get my oil engine change with the oil I BOUGHT and they stole it and put a terrible oil in my car. I change mechanics and they realized that my car was in a very bad state with almost no oil engine which is DANGEROUS. They put me in risk, they stole me, they did a bad job, and then charged me and kept the money with no moral guilt. I will never go there again. Now i understand why they dont let you come inside where they repair the cars because there they do a bad job, they stole from you, and they dont do what they're suppose to do. Miserable mechanic, thats why they dont evolve as a business. They do not care about the people nor their families and situation. Believe me when i say its not worth it, they should close their business because THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

These guys are the best! Always professional and effecient. They replaced my transmission in a previos car and it was like driving a whole new car. They are fair, reasonably priced and always had a smile when they greeted me.

Diego and his team are a God send!! Yesterday me and my husband traveled from NY to Connecticut to get an urgent passport. After we finished up at the passport place we figured we would check out a breakfast spot there before driving back to NY, but it was out of business. Upon getting back in our car, we started the car and the wheel would not turn left or right. We also heard a loud clink right when we started it. We called our insurance to get a tow and relied on Google reviews to lead us to the right mechanic. I chose to have our car towed to Diego because his reviews mentioned speed and reasonable pricing. Upon our arrival to the shop I told Diego that we were not from there and that we would need to get home that same day and asked if there was any way he could fix it same day. Even though they were busy, Diego got us back on the road to Albany in a little under 2 hours and his pricing was reasonable. He also recommended a great Spanish restaurant that we ate at while we waited. If you are looking for a great honest mechanic this is the shop you want to visit!

AMAZING service, I come from Quebec, I had to go to Connecticut for a medical appointment for my dog, arrived at my destination my vehicle started to malfunction. I arrived at the Diego garage without an appointment and Diego changed my 2 ball joints as well as my brakes all in a few hours. I was far from home I was stressed but Diego and his team were fast and efficient even though my English is not very good. Thanks again to the whole team, I highly recommend it. The bypass is worth it. Also he is Dog Friendly!

Diego has worked on two of my vehicles on multiple occasions. I could write a few paragraphs praising him and his business but ill try to keep it short. His prices are not cheap but are still reasonable. That being said, all the work he has done on my vehicles has held up great. He stands by his work and always tells me that if there is any issue with anything that he worked on, bring it back and he will fix it free if charge. Lastly ill just say that I simply trust Diego to do it right and when it comes to someone working on my vehicles that is what is important. I do recommend him to other and will continue to go to him whenever I have issues myself.
