Jayme , the owner of Dike Thornton and staff worked diligently on my Audi. I’ve dealt with my fair share of automatic shops even direct through Audi service.I can send you the public of Ventura and surrounding areas, this business is bar none the Best Automatic shop, I’ve EVER dealt with! Their team their owner work together to save you money in ways you don’t see from companies now days and is a Shame. But this business deserves a five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Review on Service excellence and has been open for over 20 years serving in our local community in all the ways a business should operate, in lending a helping hand and not looking for more in-needed work. Jayme and his staff are of true excellence in their work. And I’d recommend them a 1000 times over for the service they showed. I already begun my task of spreading the world to our 5 star local business. If you have any questions on automotive this is Exactly where you should go to find patience in their work and alleviate your automotive needs. - If you question my review my few reviews has landed me an opportunity to work direct with Google on writing direct review for them. I did not accept the wonderful offer. I am also a business owner and know the struggles. I own our 1st Real Estate Branch in the Ventura Village Harbor #206B. We had our vehicle worked on indirectly through him, but I personally talked to him later both on the phone and in person. He was polite to me both times, fun to talk to, and sympathetic to our situation. I only give four stars, cause I did see their prices and it's a bit steep and out of my price range. For example, smog is over $80 versus where we usually go, which is under $60.

Honest and fair. Sad that these two words are no longer used when describing a repair facility. But not here. This place should bottle it and sell it to those who don’t know. I had the misfortune to suffer a breakdown. Late at night. Just rolled into town. Had my truck towed here sight unseen. Trusted their AAA rating. Did not disappoint. Had my vehicle all day. Couldn’t find anything wrong, so he didn’t charge me the full minimum diagnostic fee accossiated with it. Lost art this honesty thing.
