This business ISN’T FOR WALK-IN’S they are flourishing with there contracts via towing companies/ rental companies. If you find yourself with a flat or leaking tires YOUR BEST BET ISNT DINOSAUR TIRES. Costumer service is MEDIOCRE at best and WAIT TIMES are so LONG you’ll have time to FIND BETTER SERVICE ELSEWHERE. I was assured my specialty rims where in good care with the 20+ year experienced employees but I was met with a 5 hour wait for them to just bead my tire. Even after all the reassurance and apologies I was asked if I had spare tires because they took so long they would rather clock out than help a repeat customer that came in with a leaking tire. I could only imagine if I needed a new set and not just one replacement, $343.75 and 5 hours later I got a $20 discount. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was comparable as far as prices with Costco but has a bigger variety of tires. Had some falkens listed on their website for a steal of a price which they honored without question even tho they weren't in stock at the time I went to setup installation for another day . Dropped the truck off at 0800 on a Saturday and they were done by 10 am. Straight and to the point. Mike in sales was awesome. He gave me different prices for different options but ultimately I went with the cheapest which there was no trying to up sell me on. Definitely would come back here.

Not sure about some of the negative reviews but this shop was the only place that had lug nuts and was able to install my new rims. Went to 2 places in Beaumont that sell rims but had no lug nuts, how does that make sense. Think I’ll have this place to my level kit or when a better suspension comes out for my 23 Zr2 Colorado

Went here and had the best experience I have found yet. Lily at the front desk was very prompt and suppppperrr friendly. Josh worked on my truck and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Got brakes and rotors done my truck drives brand new. This was my work vehicle and they recognize that and were able to get me back on the road properly. Will never go anywhere else. 10 stars to the Dino team !!

Got a wheel and tire package installed on my Subaru Forester today, KMC wheels with Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail tires. As usual, the crew was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And the prices, well you can't beat them! This is my 4th set of tires and 2nd set of wheels I've purchased from Dinosaur Tire and next time I need tires, I will be back!
