Service was fast, techs and service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable, gave me an update on my tread wear which i appreciated and balanced and rotated my tires free of charge which was really awesome! This was my first visit as I’m new to the area but it won’t be my last. I’ll definitely be using discount from now on.

Huge props to Kristin (?). Woman with red hair who was visibly trying her hardest to get things done. Can appreciate the effort! Removed my summer tires and got new winter tires+wheels installed. Given the workers available and the surge in demand due to the time of year, this location did pretty well. Improvements are there for sure, but 2 hour wait given everything is pretty good especially with a 2 day notice through online order.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the service that I have been given. I ordered a new rim for my car Wednesday and was told that it would be in the next day. Next day comes and I had to call 3 times during the day just to have it not be in yet. Today comes and I get told that I shouldn’t have been told next day from where it’s coming from. Now I am told that it will be in tomorrow around noon since they “next day aired” it. Im very frustrated with not getting any clear answers on when I’m supposed to get my rim in. Definitely will think twice about coming back here again.

Discount Tire has been my go to tire shop for over 20 years, and in all that time I have never had a problem. However, after getting my snow tires installed recently, I found a sensor on my ABS system was damaged from the change over. The staff and management handled it very professionally, and I was reimbursed for the cost the the repair. Thank you!

Worst customer service I've ever received at all. I understand December is not the best months to get a new tire, but that happened. Went there on a Monday for a new tire, they didn't have it (understandable), but ordered it and told me they would call me on Thursday as soon as it arrives to get it. The call never happened, I had to call them on Friday and they excused themselves for not calling me, but that I could get there and get my tire replaced in 60 minutes, no appointment needed. After waiting close to 20 minutes to be attended, the guy over there told me that I had to wait close to 3 hours, completely different of what I was told on the phone. The option they gave me was to leave my old tire/rim, and they would do the work and will call me as soon as they finish, but again they didn't call me so I had to wait another day. Finally on my third visit I got my new tire on a Saturday.
