Discount tires is hands down the best on 12 mile rd in Farmington. The manger was friendly and so helpful. I went to mulitpy location with no help. Discount Tires took good care of my car!

Safety indicator light came on indicating low pressure, I was frantic. I pulled into store just as customer was pulling out. Employee told me to pull in vacated spot. Checked all tires, put air in low tire and there was no charge. Superior customer service.

These guys were awesome! brought my truck in for tire rotation, I have original equipment tires, and they did a balance and rotation NO CHARGE! I expected a charge and they did not! When I buy my new tires in spring thats where I WILL BE GOING! Thanks again for great service! Always recommended over the B company!!!

Average experience. Brian tries to give good customer service but their markup on prices and disregard to appointment makes it hard to continue coming here. Expect walk-ins to go ahead of the ones with appointment. Their journey tracker deactivates after reasonable service time has passed. Unrealistic excuses and hours wait.

Bryan and Paul were very kind and helpful. I want to give a 5 star review so bad but I’m just too upset with how my service was handled. I came in at 11:30am to have my tires changed and was told it’d be done by 1pm. I waited, then was told that they were actually missing the 4th tire due to an inventory mishap. I don’t know why they would start the service without having a 4th tire, but I was told that they had to get the tire from another store and that my car would be ready in about 3 hours. I call 3 hours later to find out it isn’t ready, and just picked up my car at 7:30pm. Additionally, right at 11:30am I asked for them to check my tire pressure sensors as one of them had been disconnected/broken and wanted to replace them. I asked again and again with each check in. I was practically begging them to check something so simple by the time I was calling them in the afternoon. Then, I get called at 7pm getting told my car was finally ready and that there was nothing wrong with my sensors, and that if I wanted them replaced I had to come back in a week. My car was there for almost 9 hours and I reminded them CONSTANTLY to please check this very simple thing and I kept getting told it would get done, but nothing came of it. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in my service today as my patience was clearly taken advantage of. I will be going to literally any other discount tire location.
