Im giving them a 5 star because their service is awesome, setting up an appointment was easy and the balancing they did was better then most other places ive ever gone to so overall id say top teir service but if your a tire junkie and know a bit about tires like i do you may wonder why the tire wasnt mounted right since it can make the balancing easier on the techs or maybe it slipped but all my tires were installed with what a tire tech sees as a yellow dot not lined up with my valve stems its just a minor gripe that doesnt matter but figured id say it just for those that know what the dot is for and maybe so they can see this review and learn from it that dot typically gets put right next to the valve stem for ease of balancing.

Overall I would recommend Discount Tire, but I have had the same issue twice now. I have a heavy duty pickup, so it has higher air pressure in the rear tires than in the front. Today marked the second time that they rotated my tires and didn’t check the air pressure, leaving the wrong pressure in two tires, one of the front tires with too much pressure from previously being on the rear, and one with too low of pressure in the rear, from previously being on the front. This isn’t complicated, nor does it take long to do and get right. It could even be a safety concern, while unlikely, if I were towing or hauling something heavy with too low of pressure in my tires. This shouldn’t be missed at all really. The first time it happened I chalked it up to a fluke, someone was in too much of a hurry. A second time is just unacceptable. While not a really big deal, it’s irritating to have to go back again later to get it corrected. When I call, they seem to not care too much, they just tell me to bring it back. I expect them to take it seriously and fix the issue. Make sure your techs are completing ALL of the work the right way.

I've been going to discount tire on Evans Plaza for almost 12 years for all of my vehicle tires This by far is the worst experience I've had. Made an appointment om 12/11 at 12:15 to get a tire patched, 4 new pressure sensors and a tire rotation. They finally got my truck in the bay at 1:00. A hour later, they say my truck is finished. I asked them what all they did. And they repaired the tire and install the new sensors. I said I was supposed to get a tire rotation. As well, I told them I would call back to schedule the appointment for it. As I'm leaving the parking lot, I get a text, notification of an appointment set for 12/18 at 12:45. I show up at 12:45. They do not get my truck in the bay until 1:45. Took another 45 minutes to do the tire rotation. I get in my truck to leave to then find out they didn't infate my tires correctly.

I have had 2 separate issues with this location. First and foremost yesterday they broke a stud off on my son‘s car and told me it was perfectly safe to drive until I got it fixed. I totally disagree with this and I’m very disappointed in the service and they didn’t even offer to pay to get it fixed somewhere. If you were going to be in the tire business, you need to be responsible for the damage you do to your customers cars. Last spring I had an issue with the same location when I had tires put on my trailer. The next morning I went out and one of the tires on my trailer was flat. They simply did not seat the bead properly and all of the air ran out of it. I will no longer be doing business with this company as the managers really don’t care about the safety of the service that they are providing to the customer. What they do care about is selling tires and that is it. Highly disappointed don’t believe that this is something with the corporate office would stand for, but the location on Maple Street really needs to get their act together.
