Amazing people here.. Jonathan helped me this visit and even though I was on a budget and I ended up being a bit of a difficult customer (because I know nothing about tires), he did everything he could to help me and help me understand all the information he needed to give me while also breaking down prices and being flexible with my choices. I'm not sure the name of the employee from the picture but this elderly woman explained to this gentleman that her husband recently passed away and she isn't sure what it is but a light came on in her car. Her husband organized all the maintenance on the car and she didn't know what to do. He stepped out from behind the counter and encouraged her to have a seat while he checked it out. This is him explaining to her something about the car. I really appreciate the genuine kindness shown by all of the employees here. Great team at this location

I wish I could rate this location even higher! I worked with Jonathan on my Honda and he took great care of my car and me. I am completely satisfied by my tires and the service was unmatched! It’s amazing to know that there are still places out there with that old fashion attention to great customer service. I will be shopping here for all my tires!

I've always had a great experience with Discount Tire. This was the first time at this location as I was leaving my office nearby when I noticed my tire was completely flat with a HUGE bolt in it. I called Alex at 530p and asked if it was too late for me to come by since I knew they were soon to close. He said to come in as soon as I could and they'd get me taken care of. I showed up at about 540p and they were busy. I thought for sure they'd send me on my way since it was busy and late. Alex kindly checked me in and reassured me they'd get me fixed up. The waiting area was clean, and comfortable and within 30min they had me patched and on my way home. Thanks Alex and Discount Tire!

Friendly stop. Does need some patience as they are busy servicing customers ahead of you. Did the job! Came back first near frigid day in Jan (4), got car in and serviced. Turning on car, showed zero psi in tire, asked about possible sensor missing, not synced up from tire to diagnostics system, tire learning, or what as seemed not at zero. Austyn came out to figure out mystery, try things, rule out what could be or how to fix. I didn't mind standing out chilling , by car, while she was in it. Nice young lady
