Owen, is the man to see, best customer service I've had in a while. Once my tires got there (had to special order them, white letter tires are hard to find now a days) he had me in and out of there in a little over 30 minutes. Give the young man a raise !!!!

I’ve been buying tires from TireRack and Discount Tire (now same company) for over 25 years. I’ve always had very good service. Fair prices and good service. 2 weeks ago, though, I got an unrepairable flat on a snow tire and have been waiting for a replacement ever since. Between two trips to the Howell store and phoning, I’ve spent around FOUR HOURS so far. Finally got an ETA on new tire.

Stopped in this morning just to schedule an appointment for rotate and balance, and Braylon was very professional, and was able to get me in right away. Also checked my front end steering as I had ball joint concerns. This store has improved a ton since my last visit and since remodel. Very impressed.

After having a particularly bad morning and being turned away for a simple tire pressure check at another local tire store, I was pleased with the calm and upbeat experience at this location. I was helped with a smile and welcoming energy. Brent helped me with my tires and was an absolute light on a bad day. Very friendly and kind. You never Know when someone’s having a hard day, and he certainly didn’t know I was, but I still was able to drive away smiling and with quickly wired up tires. Thank you Brent for your kindness and smile!

Just needed my tire fixed, had bail in it, tire was a month old, but they refused to fix it cause they wanted me to buy a new tire. Nail was in middle of tire very easy fix, but if they wasn't making money they basically said they can't help, so my husband fixed it with a plug. I will never go back, MONEY HUNGRY. That's a shame, cause I always bought my tires from them, that's over
