Above and Beyond!!! These poor guys, we were one of their last vehicles of the night and they still went above and beyond!!!! We happened here by luck and boy did it save us $$$$ and the tires are amazing! Plus they hooked us up with a spare for a FANTASTIC price. Did you know that most newer cars don’t have a donut? I have been purchasing tires from Discount Tire for over 30 years. I’ve never considered going anywhere else because the service has always been so great. As I was planning my new purchase, Kevin at the 901 N West Ave store was very helpful as I tried to determine the best tire for me. When I showed up for my appointment yesterday (10-17-24) I was greeted and checked in by Tyler. He did a great job explaining the details of my purchase. I was not there just for tires however. Because my truck is a few years old and I wanted to make it look a little better, I purchased new Method Race Wheels! Dre and Eli did a very professional job mounting and installing my tires and wheels. Justin too spend some time with me in the office, helping me understand Company policies. Great service from these guys. They had an alternative to an unusual size tire that I needed, for a utility trailer. I walked across the street to get a cup of coffee and a doughnut, sat down for a few minutes to eat and drink. By the time I had finished, my tires were changed, and I was ready to go. Well done Discount Tire of Jackson, Michigan.

Once again, outstanding service from these guys in Jackson MI. Dropped off four trailer tires to get swapped out with new tires, and before I even got to the car wash, they texted me that they were done. Once I returned to pick them up, I didn't even have to go inside. They were loading them up in my pickup before I got to the door. Great service, guys. Keep it up!

My family could have died because of Discount Tire. The person that took my order for tires yesterday was nice and cordial. That is where the good ends. I called him right after getting the tires and told him that there was violent shaking and that something was wrong because it felt worse than it did with my crappy tires and two of those tires were flat. He told me that nothing was wrong and to bring it in on Monday. I didn't even have three miles on the four tires. Fast forward to today not even 24 hours later after getting the tires, the second time I drove the tires there was still the violent shaking, and I recorded it with my camera phone, it would pull hard to the right, and there was oscillation. Something told me to check the tires because it sounded and felt as if there was something loose because my abs sensors were going off and I was getting warning lights thing check braking system, check braking system. So I went and I checked the lug nuts, on video, and they were all finger tight. I could put my two fingers on them and literally spin them loose without even applying pressure. An infant could have turned them just by looking at them. This was on all four tires. I then checked the air pressure in all four tires. Front left was 30 PSI back left was 28 PSI, right rear was 30 PSI right front was 30 PSI. This was on a nice vehicle. A very nice vehicle Honda Odyssey touring elite. With everything always maintained and with a list of records 4 in thick. This should not have happened. My family could have died.
