Discount Tire

Stellar service! WOW!!! I was in need of tires and had planned on going to the dealership. A friend at church raved about Discount Tires. So, we checked out the reviews and discovered that we could order online (that was amazing...helping us decide which tire was the best by how we drove). I thought it would take a week or so, find out the tires are in stock AND they had an opening the next day at 8:15am (this was crucial because my tires were shot). I was expecting a long wait when I got there. They came out to greet me, asked me to go inside to warm up. Once I was checked in (didn't take long because I prepaid online), they told me 20 minutes. Wait, what?! Yup, it was 20 minutes and I was back on the road and on my way. I will be telling everyone about you! So happy that you are in La Crosse and that I can stop at any Discount Tire in the country should I ever need any help with my tires. This is huge...because I put a lot of miles on my vehicle and tires. Thank you so much for your business model.

Loving this new store! Walked in to have a tire fixed. Had to wait a little bit, but was well worth it. I loved listening to the staff explaining the tire sales to potential customers. They were polite and courteous and didn't rush to sell the tires. I could sit there all day as the store music was awesome! They did not charge me to fix my tire. Will be going back when the time comes for new shoes for my car.

The staff was great at this Discount Tire location. I ordered tires online, set up appointment, showed up early and they were able to see me immediately. They had all four tires installed and balanced in less than an hour! The facility is new and very clean. I will definitely be going back for all my future tire needs.

I’ve always known about discount tires but never been a customer here. I have to say, discount tires is SUPER. I had to purchase 4 tires immediately for traveling purposes and Chris was the individual who helped me. He showed me the different levels of tires (high end, middle, and lower end), talked about each pros/cons, and what would serve me best depending on my situation. I never once felt like I was being up-charged or being sold something I didn’t need. From the time I checked in to the time I left with 4 new tires installed was about 20-30 mins. My entire experience has been awesome. My only complaint is that there was no coffee in the lounge (haha jk). Thanks Chris and thanks discount tires. I’ll be back.

I visited the la Crosse store on a Monday afternoon to make an appointment. I also expected that they would have to order a set of tires which I figured could be on the rare, not worth stocking variety. I was way wrong. The service member said they had what I requested and they could have it done in 35 mins! I then requested for them to wire wheel the bead surface (crappy stock aluminum GM wheels, leak like crazy) and use something to help the tire seat. They responded, "Not a problem." Cool. I could hear the use of the pneumatic tool on my wheels! And after a total off 18 mins the tech walks over and says all done. Really great experience. Tires don't leak. Wheels feel perfectly balanced. Very fair value. I'll be seeing them again in 3 years!
