Came here last night to get a tire checked out. John S took care of me. He and his colleagues were great! They were also so accommodating especially regarding the fact that I had my dog with me. I will absolutely be back!

They get the job done, but you will wait a long time and the crew can be incompetent at times. With another tire place across the street, why bother going here. I went in for two tires. They put one on and had to order the other one. They said they would call me, as it was to be delivered the next day. After two days I had to call and ask if the tire was in, and made an appointment for the following day. Despite having an appointment, the didn’t take my car in until an hour after my appointment time. They put on the new tire but did not do the tire rotation I asked for twice upon arriving. It took 3 employees to find the reset button to turn off my low tire light, and I had to show them where it was and do it myself.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this business. The staff is so friendly and professional. Never once have I felt like I’ve been pushed into giving in to upselling. I would like to give a shout out to John in particular, who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. Thank you!

Shout out to these guys for getting me in asap and out asap. As a woman getting your car worked on is a nightmare. Especially when it’s something that pops up. The guy who checked my car out for me was so nice! He kept me calm I ran a curb and screwed up my rims and went straight there. It was scary but nothing too intense. He just kept saying thankfully no one was hurt and he was glad I was just safe. Which I thought was very considerate. He gave me a time estimate and it was done way before. I recommend discount tire to everyone. I have never had a bad experience. I’ve been going for a few years now. They deserved to be bragged about. I never feel like I’m being scammed and I know what’s going on with my car. Thanks for fixing my very mondaiest mondays I’ve had in a long time!
