Discount Tire

Had a leaky tire and wasn't sure the cause, called this Discount Tire up and they said come in and we can take a look, no appointment needed. I swung by, talked to the nice person at the counter, he came out to the car and inspected it briefly, immediately found a screw in the tire, and said they could take care of it. Gave me an estimate of 45 minutes to an hour to complete, and it was done in about 20 minutes! It was also free! Didn't hurt that everyone that I spoke with here was super nice too! Not sure why I've never went here before, but definitely will go here for any tire needs in the future.

I had a huge nail in my tire and they repaired it without any costs! Evryone was super nice. Joe was the person I talked to and he came outside to take a look. He was very nice and professional. While I was sitting and waiting there, I could see that this seems to be a great team how they interact between each other and also with their customers. I was updated with short messages on my phone about the repair. After 25-30 minutes I was able to drive home. Hunter gave me the keys and said it was free of charge which I’m super grateful for. Nowadays everything costs money and nothing is for free. So that was a huge surprise! Both gentlemen were super nice and everything seemed very professional. Me and my husband know now where we will go next time for a tire change. They definitely convinced me of their great service. Thanks a lot!

Had a tire separate 3 hours into our 10 day vacation on our Class C Motorhome. After a sleepless night, soooo many phone calls, getting jerked around by a tire company in Milan, MI and then again by Belle Tire in Ypsilanti, MI we took a chance and called Discount Tire. Reed and the guys were more than happy to help us. Thank you so much guys for getting our vacation back on track.

Had an appointment today for a nail in my tire - got in quickly, service was prompt, and the tire was fixed for free, as they usually do. I appreciated the attention to the matter. However, this evening, I was driving and my car started knocking louder and louder. I ended up pulling over in the dark on the side of the road, on the coldest night of the year, and had to jack up my car and tighten the lug nuts! They were all so loose, I could have unscrewed them with my fingers. All the good service in the world doesn't matter if your tire falls off while you are driving. Making sure the tire is secured to the car before a customer drives away seems like the most important step.

Mr. Reed Phillips the Assistant manager is amazing, professional and kind. The gentleman, Mr. Colton was so friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciate Henry making sure I was helped. This is the best service anyone can receive for car service. I am a senior women and so thankful for the treatment I have always been given. I wish they did other car services. You all are the best gentleman!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you and God bless the company to prosper. And my car is done and greeted warmly by Hunter too!!!
