Javier Flores was absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about the services my vehicle needed. Despite the place being super busy, he efficiently managed to get me in and provided all the necessary services as promised. What stood out to me the most was his welcoming demeanor; he greeted me with a smile, and I left feeling just as positive. It's always refreshing to encounter such excellent customer service, and I wanted to make sure that his efforts didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for providing such a great experience! I recently had service done here At discount tires in Clovis. Was greeted by two enthusiastic guys: Saul, and Javier. I was helped by the gentleman by the name of Javier. He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. This man took his time to explain everything before and after service because I know absolutely nothing about cars. I had called this Discount Tire on Railroad after getting what should have been an alignment from the other Discount Tire on Shaw/Willow where I was charged for a lifetime alignment but none of my numbers changed, there was no sign that an alignment was attempted, and the same issues I was experiencing with my vehicle prior to bring it in. Discount Tire on Railroad told me to bring it in the next day and it was a very different and better experience. They actually asked me questions about what I was experiencing with my vehicle and even took it on a test drive to fully understand what needed to be corrected. They were very communicative on what was going on with my vehicle and performed a great job on my alignment. Before it would pull to the right and now there is no pulling at all. They even asked me to call after I’ve had a chance to drive it to see if I was satisfied with the alignment. I hadn’t had a chance to call about 30 mins after leaving and they called me since I hadn’t called yet to ask how it was. I am very impressed with this Discount Tire and will not be using any other one.
