These guys are awesome they just saved the day on a great ski day! I woke up and jumped in the truck ready to head up the mountain only to find a Nail in my tire.l and critically low pressure. I was able to safely get to this shop and with in an hour they had the nail out and tire patched and ready to go effectively saving an awesome ski day, 10 out of 10 go you guys!

I recently took in my 2017 BMW into the 6615 N blackstone location in Fresno,CA for an oil change and to have the breaks done back in January 2025 and I have had to take it back 2 additional times due to oil leaks. The first time they stripped the gasket and oil spilled all underneath and they had to wash out the bottom area and clean with a degreaser. Then again on Saturday it happend again. I took it back yesterday and they advised me that AGAIN oil had leaked all underneath and there was oil everywhere so they would need to clean it out. They advised me that it was due to a gasket not being put on the 2nd time I had took it back. Then I get home and read the paperwork and it says no dipstick to check oil level, however when I took it back the 2nd time Eric physically took it out to show me my oil was low so that tells me they never put it back in. The workers were to busy taking selfies and cigarette breaks instead of focusing on the job at hand and because of that my vehicle was not 100% when i got it back and no they were not on break. The wait time was also a issue, I took the car in at at 9am and was waiting until 7pm before it was ready. Ridiculous! If they made an error they should focus on getting that vehicle fixed and out ASAP. I will never be using them again and they lost not only my business but my families business who also USED to go there until this incident.

My 03 Toyota 4Runner started stalling once put in gear, so I towed it over to the store on blackstone. Really customer friendly, John walked me through and kept me up to date with everything. And after it all, 2 days later 4Runner started up perfect. No codes or nothing. Definitely recommend.

Service was amazing! I have been getting my tires and oil changes done with them for years now and they always do an amazing job and are so helpful in letting me know what needs to be changed.
