Discount Tire & Service Centers - Irvine

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire when I brought in my flat tire! The staff, specifically Juan was incredibly friendly and quick to assist me. They diagnosed the issue promptly and explained my options in a clear and straightforward manner. I was having a difficult time finding a tire center to work on my Rivian that evening. The repair was done efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. I truly appreciated their professionalism and dedication to customer service. If you ever find yourself in need of tire repairs, I highly recommend this place! Five stars for their excellent service and expertise!

I had a flat tire, and thought it needed to be replaced from what I read… but when they looked at it, and told me it could get patched, and I was thrilled! I was getting ready to pay, when Juan said they’d take care of me at no charge. Wow, I was thoroughly appreciative, and will be coming back here for my next tire change now.

Juan was great on customer service. Very patient. Did keep me up to Date/status of where my vehicle was at. The time I was there about 4 walk in came in and very inpatient. He kept his cool. Did great on customer education on a customer on tires. Keep up the hard good work. Your Mangement team better acknowledge a hard work like you. Your actions did 👍🏻 great!

I needed new tires and after doing some research, I decided to go to Discount Tires. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Juan was especially helpful in explaining the different tire options and helping me choose the right ones for my car and budget. The service was fast and efficient, and the price was fair. I'll definitely be back for any future tire needs.

Had a nail in my tire and fortunately I happened to be parked near this business when I realized it. So I walked in and Juan greeted me. I could see he was busy and the store was going to close within a couple hours. Juan came out to inspect my tire and said he would help me and have me on my way before they close. I was sitting in the waiting area while they were working on my car and noticed how many calls he was juggling while also tending to customers. I could see how many customers were in unhappy situations (getting their cars fixed when they would rather be doing anything else) and even when they showed their frustration, Juan was extremely polite to everyone. When he was on the phone, I also noticed how calm and professional he was while still being personable to everyone. I run a business myself and I often notice how employees allow the busy day to affect their mood at any place I go to. But this was an example of someone that really cared about his job and the happiness of the customers. My tire was fixed quick enough and I asked for his name again because I can't even remember the last time I gave a business a review but felt compelled to acknowledge how great Juan was. If I ever have any future issues with my car, I am definitely coming back here!
