very good service. I had a flat tire and my engine was over heated in my range rover. they sent me a flat bed truck while I was in another state NJ. 2 hours i ended up here. that is reliability. guys good job

It’s not easy finding a good and honest mechanic and I’m grateful I found it. I couldn’t have found a better place to work on my car than DMC! They are professional, understanding and knowledgeable. Madrid and Mercedes are amazing! Polite and willing to answer any questions I could possibly have about my car. They made a horrific situation much better making sure my car was properly taken care of.

Madrid repainted my car's front bumper after it was damaged by the parking lot at my job. I was sent to him by the parking lot manager. I should have trusted my gut that they'd send me to the cheapest, low quality shop they could find. Madrid didn't even take off the front bumper to repaint it, which is standard in any reputable auto body shop. I could see paint overspray everywhere on adjacent trim and panels. Not only that, he did not even remove the old, damaged paint. I could still see the old paint cracks underneath the new paint. Not a year goes by and there's cracks in the paint everywhere at the same spot the original damage was located. I took it back to him and he claimed my car must have been bumped into while parked. That's funny, the rear bumper on my car has been bumped quite a few times and there are some small paint chips, but not a single crack in site. That paint is nearly 10 years old. Your paint job that is less than a year old is already cracking from a light tap? **Do yourself, and your wallet a favor, and avoid this shop at all costs. Go to an actual reputable shop**

Honestly, I wasted my time and money at this place. First of I explained them the problem with my vehicle, I even went on the test drive. Later Madrid told me about few parts needed to be changed and I agreed and left my car for couple of good hours at their place. But the problem was still there after they fixed. When I told them about it, they went on telling that I need to change another parts again. It was ridiculous to hear such things from them because Madrid had clearly told me when they finish working on the car it would be perfectly fine. I think they just experiment with the cars and charge fees unnecessarily. I won’t be taking my car to him anymore and don’t recommend anyone as well. Just wasted money and time!!!

This place by far has the BEST MECHANICS around!! They are SUPER NICE, HONEST, FAST, and AFFORDABLE! They really care about your car and have a great work ethic!..They did a great job on my car and saved me so much time and money. They are thorough and efficient and took their time figuring out what the problem was...when other mechanics I went to couldn't figure it out. Ask for Madrid or Jorge... I definitely recommend this company if you are in the New York Area to get your car fixed at!! Thumbs up!!!
