Dr. J Automotive is by far the best place I’ve ever taken my car to get serviced. They were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and truthful with what my car really needed. The service was done in great timing and they kept me informed on the progress along the way. The manager, Kevin, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I am always weary of trying new automotive shops as unfortunately the industry has a lot of scammers. Luckily Dr J Automotive is not one of them. I took my car in for an oil change, alignment, new front tires. Kevin was super helpful as well as knowledgeable. I ended up needing to do a transmission flush as well, and for each of the pieces of work he was going to be doing he explained thoroughly (but simply enough for anyone to understand, even those not familiar with cars like they are) what the process would look like as well as levels of importance. I live about 10 minutes away from the shop and when I dropped it off they even had someone to give me a lift home so I wouldn't have to call an Uber. Wonderful service/people and my car is driving great. :)

Took my car to Dr. J's to get a diagnostic for my P0171 code. The price is worth the work/wait, I'd say. They were friendly and very helpful. I didn't end up going with the required service, but I was definitely inspired when they complemented me on the work I did on the car before the diagnostic. Needless to say, they're great. I highly recommend.

Great experience here. Gave me the lowest prices and took their time explaining what was wrong with my car. Also went over what I needed to prioritize first as I had a list of things I needed to fix. Kevin and his son James were awesome. Nick was really helpful. Never had such a warm experience at an auto shop, as a woman. Will definitely be coming back when needed !

What a great family owned company! Fair, honest and efficient. The customer service was impeccable. Jack and his brother run a reputable business, which is huge in the automotive industry. I saved over $500 by not going with my dealership.i would recommend this auto shop to anyone. P.S. this was my first visit, I don’t know them personally and am not being paid to write this.
