My transmission blew and I came here for the repair and I must say this staff was extremely helpful and reasonable. It was a pleasure receiving help from Ian, a complete genuine individual who isn’t money hungry and just trying to overcharge like most mechanics. Very thankful for the help.

Owner is a thief. Over Charged me for things that he did not replace in transmission. Owner is not an honest man. Took car to another shop where I was there to see what he did not do. Did not replace throw out bearing or synchro

The manager IAM was very nice and helpful. They spend a few hours to check my car. Then tell me my car doesn’t have any transmission problems and don’t need to pay penny.They give free diagnosis. Honestly people.

My car broke down in Queens last week and I found this place on Google Maps. They picked up my car by tow truck in literally an hour which was so surprising, I thought I would have to wait way longer! Super nice about it too! Apparently my transmission was shot and I had no idea what that meant but Ian and Ray explained everything and were so nice! They got my car back to me in a timely fashion with no issues and everything is working great again! I would highly recommend Dolphin!! 10/10 service!! Thank you Dolphin!!
