We went to another shop down the street and charged us $50." -Carolina Pena With such a monumental price discrepancy (from $450 all the way down to $50), what was the actual 'part' you needed? Supplying this information would have made your review far more believable.

I had my car repaired at a AAA facility in Nevada while travelling. That began a 6 month fuel problem nightmare. After returning to LB, I took the car to Don and Harold's. They dove into the problem, one which they had never encountered. After 3 trips they fixed the problem (fuel tank damaged during Nevada repair). This repair took so long because we needed the car to travel to help family members in need. At every step of the way everyone was very gracious, professional, and courteous. They were not going to quit until they solved the problem. Angelo, the mechanic who worked on the car, finally spotted the problem. The Nevada shop had removed the check valve in the gas tank allowing the gas to flow back out the fill tube! This valve is built into the tank so I needed a new tank. Gas tanks are on back order with Chevy so once again Don and Harold's came through, searched for and located a used tank. They went above and beyond my expectations. The most amazing part is the cost. They spent countless hours researching and repairing and in the end I feel they undercharged me! Don told me the customer comes first and service is paramount. You will not go wrong here, I would give them 100 stars!

Someone had tried to steal my car! I first called and spoke to Ken. I had been to the local dealership and was very weary of mechanics being a single mom. Ken and Sal were extremely professional! They really made me feel comfortable from beginning to end! They really helped turned a horrible situation into a great experience with their company! I highly recommend to everyone especially single women that are looking for a trustworthy company!

Don and Harold's have been servicing our cars for many, many years now. Over the years, they have worked on our various GMC, Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Toyota automobiles. In addition to routine maintenance, they have been diligent to diagnose problems that were not obvious, and have kept our autos running smoothly and reliably. It is great to have a local mechanic that we completely trust to be honest with us, communicate well with us, and keep us safe on the road. Don and Harold's auto shop is friendly, competent, and professional. We highly recommend them.

Should be a 0 star!! This place was disrespectful and put me in danger. I took my car in for radiator problems, they said it was fixed, go on your road trip. Didn't drive 40 miles and my radiator hose blew 😡 REALLY!! Had to have it towed again, took it back to Don and Harold's hoping they would make it right, but no! Ended up paying $2,100.00 for this repair; totally unexceptable. They should have found this problem the first time. Don't use this place, especially, if you're a single lady; they think we're stupid. I filed a claim to AAA because their great company should NOT represent this unprofessional facility.
