My car has been in Don's capable hands for close to 10 years now. I won't go anywhere else for maintenance or repair. They know my car inside and out. All repairs are fully explained, and their estimates are accurate (no big surprise when it's time to pick up the car.) The shop's workmanship is excellent, prices are very reasonable, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Had my car at 3 different shops looked at and nobody could figure out the electrical issue I had with my 2013 BMW X3. Took it to Don's and Sam figured it out in no time, and charged me only a couple hundred. Every other shop has charged me a diagnostic fee and still didn't fix it. Ever since then, I take my vehicles only to their shop. Great pricing, never felt like I'm being taken advantage of, very knowledgeable mechanics.

I have been going to Don's Auto Ade for years. Every interaction with them has been awsome. The great experience starts as you walk into the front door. Kathy and other office staff are very polite, friendly, and makes everyone feel like family. Then Lets talk about Sam and his very knowlegable, and equally great mechanics. They will take time to explain every issue with you and will always make sure you understand whats going on with your vehicle. They use easy to understand discriptions and have reasonable repair time frames. Then you will get the call that your vehicle is ready to go home. You come in to pay for repairs and head home with your vehicle. You will leave with a smile on your face. Fair and reasonable pricing, along with your own experience will keep you coming back for future repairs.
