The service I received was beyond my expectations. The shop owner Tammy was super-knowledgable and very easy to talk to. She had everything I needed, and installation was straight forward with no issues whatsoever. The gentleman who installed my stereo was also super kind, and sat down with me to go over the entire system. If you need to upgrade your car stereo, there's no need to look anywhere else. This is the place.

Ok! So, after reading a few of these comments about Tammy, the first thing I have to say is that there are MORE POSITIVE statements than negative. And the positives are mostly from those people who’ve approached Tammy RESPECTFULLY!!! Understand that, “Doren Car Stereo & Alarm” has been an Official, Accredited Automobile Sound System business for over 30 years & it’s because Tammy & her Husband are EXPERTS!!! And there aren’t many Women in this particular industry with Tammy’s experience & expertise!!! So, in conclusion we all have the right to our opinions & in my opinion if you want to upgrade your vehicle’s audio & alarm system with quality parts & expert installation……Doren is the BEST CHOICE! And tell them Mark sent you!!!

I was recommended to Doren by our car mechanic. Tammy was a delight to work with. She gave some options on how I could replace my car radio on my 11 year old car. She helped to find a refurbished one and kept the cost low. Tammy is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thanks!

I called to ask about Ambient Lighting. The person over the phone was so rude. She had no desire to help and explain the process. Also, her English was very poor. She could not communicate. I asked her what brand of Ambient lighting do you use , she said “our brand” . I asked her again what is the specific name to do research and she said “we don’t give out the name”. She got more aggressive and for what? Honestly, I would recommend not do business here by the behavior of the staff. It’s very unprofessional.
