Doug is the first person that comes to mind when I think about small engine repair. He is knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing and fixing the problem. The other thing that I appreciate is how he is transparent when it comes to the quality of the product that you bring in to him. When I brought my snowblower to him, he explained what could and could not be done. In other words, my little snow blower was limited in what one could expect on longevity. I've such thing was the blade on the blower. It was made out of rubber. He fixed my immediate problem and, which was starting the equipment, but let me know that he could change the thrower blades around and probably get a year or two more or of it. The part was not one that was easy to get a hold of, mostly because it was made in China years before it stopped working properly. That was also true of the electric starter. At least the pull start worked when the work was done at a very reasonable price and much less expensive than buying a new one.

Brought my chainsaw there because it wasn't running great he told me to throw it out and buy a new one all they needed was a clean the carburetor and it works fine I'll never go there again wouldn't recommend this place at all
