Making an appointment was simple and easy. The service center diagnosed my car very quickly and provided estimates for the work needed. I had previously taken my car to a dealer near my home. Turns out I didn’t need all that work the dealer said I needed done. I ended up paying $2000 less than the dealer wanted. Great friendly guys. Will return again when my wife’s car needs work.

I recently brought my vehicle here for an oil change and a brake fluid replacement. I can honestly say that this place doesn’t disappoint. Customer service is always great. Technicians and staff are always informing you on the progress of your vehicle. Not to mention the great prices they have versus dealerships. I saved myself $200 on my service compared to Honda dealerships. I will definitely be bring my vehicle here for future maintenance. Thank you all!

I found Downey Car Care through Yelp. I went in December for an oil change. Anthony attended me. It was close to closing and they were able to help me with an oil change. You get a free car wash with your first service. Al thought the car wash was closed, he told me I could come the next day and show my receipt. Recently, I returned to have the recommendations made on my car done. Anthony was very helpful and thorough. He kept me up to date the entire time. He even applied a coupon to my brake service which helped a lot. Overall, I have had great experiences with Downey Car Care and do recommend.I suggest making an appointment because they do get busy. Thanks again Anthony.

Extremely professional, 100% honest, and are probably the most helpful auto center I've ever taken a vehicle to. Luis is the MAN. From the get-go the dude dropped what he was doing to make sure I was helped and checked in. I'd give this place more stars if I could. Thank y'all for what y'all do and the way y'all do it.
