If I could give 100 stars I would. I got a van from CarHop on NW Radial less than a year ago. Basically they sold me a car that should be in the junk yard. I had to replace my entire front end. I took my van to this shop and worked with Gabriel. He was so upfront and straight forward with me. I've had quotes for the same work at other metro shops but Gabriel took the time to listen and work with me and fixed everything that needed to be fixed at a reasonable price and did so in such quick time on short notice. My van is running like I've never felt it run before, as if it was brand new and I have them to thank at downtown tire shop. Thank you all so much. I would and will be recommending them to any and everyone I know needing work done on their vehicles. They are very professional and understanding. I can not express my gratitude in words. Very pleased. Thanks again!

Scammers. Tried to buy used tire. But already had 2 nails in it. They said they would patch them & wanted $65 used for a $90 new tire. Dont waste your time.

Absolutely the worst place to get your tires done don’t have the proper equipment to install a tire without damaging the wheel. Took my wheel there and they half installed a tire and said to take it somewhere else cause they can’t do it. I inspected my new wheel and noticed they gouged the lip of it. after pointing it out to him he just continued to tell me to take it somewhere else. Never offered to help cover cost or assume responsibility for damaging a brand new wheel. Please steer clear of this place it is a terrible business with even worse employees.
