I’m not from Fresno Friday I caught a bad tire didn’t know where I was at Soo I search the nearest tire shop and I called them they told me to come on in I came they automatically saw me pulling in and told me to pull in they station took the the tires off for me and told me what also was the problem which Was My Rim As Well My rim was bad and I didn’t know They help me with a Fixed My Rim and Put new tires on as well as the little air pressure caps on all four tours They really did save me that day I was stressing especially with kids in the car as well I had a good experience here I know they will take care of you guys as well Thank You Dubs Tires 🛞 & Wheels 🙏🏾❤️💯🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

Got a good deal on 5 Atturo Trail Blade All Terrain tires, 275/55r20. Did a lot of research and these got good reviews and they're priced economically. They look great. Not too aggressive but not boring either. Took my car on the freeway to test it out. Mostly smooth but there is some minor shaking around 60 mph. Will drive for a few days to see if it continues. I'm happy with the purchase.

I just left there and have been left absolutely stunned at who I believe is the owner's reaction to me not needing a new tire after all. I've been to this tire shop many times over the last few years, and have never witnessed or been subjected to what occurred today. I want to begin by saying that the tech who repaired my tire was awesome - truly top-notch customer service. But here's where it went all wrong. I had called earlier this morning just to make sure that they had my size tires in stock just in case I needed a new one put on. I stated that if I had to guess I probably hit a pothole - because Fresno - but that all I was really sure about was that the tire wouldn't hold air. I was left with the impression that he had the tire in stock. I had the car towed over and the tech removed the tire and found that the actual problem was a screw lodged in the tire - an easy and inexpensive fix. I was quite happy and paid and was ready to leave, when the owner approached and was quite angrily expressing his extreme displeasure at me for not purchasing the tire that I had called about because he had apparently ordered it, paid for it and had it delivered because I called to inquire. I started out very confused because I really thought he had it in stock, but now I'm left absolutely reeling over the fact that 1. I've obviously never been yelled at by a business owner under any circumstances, let alone for something that I clearly had no control over, and 2. I've never been expected to pay for goods and/or services that I was not in need of or receiving. After it was made clear that he seriously expected me to pay for a tire that I didn't need, I explained that I simply was not going to pay for something that I'm not purchasing, at which point he angrily waved me off, clearly still furious. While I appreciate the man's efforts, I do not appreciate being held accountable for his actions and made to feel like I've done anything wrong. To the tech who was so kind and helpful, I am truly sorry that this has happened. It's because of your 5-star customer service that your boss's business is getting a 3-star rating today, otherwise it would be a 1.
