I would give no stars of I could ....I had a horrible experience all around....the tech flat out told me he didn't wanna change the battery b/c it was a bmw and tedious.. he even tried to talk me into just getting a charge and seeing if that works. I knew I needed a new battery. It had been 3 years since I had another... He begged me to get cash for the battery and I even gave a tip because of his whining on doing a job he signed up for. Then he never attached my intake hose back to my car and my car was acting like it didn't want to not start which also caused my check engine light to come on....I called another tech back they had tested the code found out it was the intake hose...She specifically said 'the test says it's the intake but I don't think that's right so imma clear it" she cleared it, never even checked the intake, had me drive around ...check engine light came right back on...I paid for a diagnostic check for them to find out they never put my intake hose back on and tightened it so it stayed locked... When I called to complain all they said is that they would investigate. They never once offered to give me my money back for their mishap for a diagnostic check I had to pay for when they could have corrected it. I even came to them 3 years ago and had no issues but I would never come again. Please be cautious if you go to this business if they do mess up they're not going to care and they're not going to fix their issue. Thank God I found another mechanic that knew what they were doing because they could have really messed my car up that I've worked very hard to keep up to par. If you get a tech Jody or Stephanie please request another tech they have no clue what they're doing!

My car was stranded in a Target parking lot. I went through my insurance to call a tow truck, and the experience was great. Our driver arrived right on time, and I was notified when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he was incredibly kind and helpful. I'm so thankful for his help, he made a frustrating situation a little less stressful.

My tow was booked by a third party and they used the Towbook site which allowed me to share the location as well as get updates on when the driver was headed my way. I also got a call confirming driver was on his way. The driver showed up and efficiently hooked up the rental. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Horrible, horrible customer service! Our car was stolen and Dugger’s happened to be the company on call when it was recovered. We went to assess the damage and collect any personal items and the blonde older woman behind the counter was beyond rude and had zero compassion for the fact we had been victimized the office also reeked of weed. She did allow us to go to the vehicle to get registration out of the car (which wasn’t in there, the thieves stole that too) but she stood there with her hands on her hips watching us as if we were going to rob their junk yard. I understand they needed proof of ownership but when I asked her if we could do it with the VIN and proof of insurance the way she demanded an MVD copy of registration and the way she treated us was uncalled for. When we went back with proof of ownership she wouldn’t allow any of us to enter the office except my young daughter, my older daughter demanded she accompany her little sister but the woman made them close the door so we couldn’t hear what was happening in there and then tried to prevent me (her mom) and her brother in law from going back out to the yard to gather any personal effects and take photos. I guess this company doesn’t feel the need to treat their customers with respect since they get their business when called out to accidents and stolen vehicles. I would NEVER call this company on my own for any reason! Do better Dugger’s, have a heart I promise it will make your days better too! All your clients are dealing with a loss whether it be due to an accident or a theft, we don’t need the added stress of those holding our cars hostage to treat us poorly too!

Took 3 visits and 2 different batteries in 3 days to get a battery that finally worked. 2nd guy dropped the battery in, didn’t even close the hood and just left, 3rd guy was rude. Spent $100 at the dealership for diagnostics for them to tell me the “new” replacement battery was bad. Let’s hope this battery lasts longer than 1 day. Do not use ERS or Duggers!
