This shop completely messed up my repair and I reached out to Dylan. His response was absolutely unacceptable. The bolts on my steering gear were obviously never torqued down and I lost all steering. These bolts should never never unloosen unless they were not tightened in the 1st place. Luckily, I was in a parking lot when the repair failed and all steering was lost. He didn't offer to make it right and stated in a smart response, not my problem. The shop also drove my Class b motorhome into a garage door damaging what was thought to me just the air conditioner cover. Later found the entire seem between the roof and cap had separated. I'm now going to have to take Dylan to small claims court. What happened to stand up people that acknowledge a series of mistakes and make it right. See you in court Dylan!

I took my vehicle in because the check engine light was on. They did the repair on the same day and at a reasonable cost. I am thrilled to have found a new mechanic for my vehicles. I highly recommend them.

Just had an awesome experience with Dylan! I’m visiting from out of town and my car threw a code that would have made it unsafe to return home, but Dylan found the problem quickly and gave me the run down on the most budget solution for my situation right now and what I can do in the future to stay ahead of the issue. I’m grateful a friend recommended him to me, he’s super honest and a straight shooter. Which is a relief cause the shop I went to before was quoting me at least $600! This exchange returned my faith in mechanics - they’re not all scum, lol.

Excellent car repair shop! They show you, not just tell you what's wrong with your car. I was blessed to find Dylan's! I am female so sometimes we get taken advantage of, but not at Dylan's. I will be taking my car for my car repairs at Dylan's from now on. Thank you Sandra, Jesus and other staff members for fixing my car!! You guys are the real deal!

Over a year ago my driver side window regulator stopped working. Brought my van into Dylan's for repair. Last week the new regulator broke. I rarely drive my van. Only driven around 3000 miles in 18 months. Dylan's repaired the window for no charge even though it was a bit out of warranty....because of the little use the window had. Thank you Dylan's for backing up your work, and parts!! I appreciate that you took the extra step with my vans window issue. You have definitely earned my gratitude, and loyalty!
