If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I used this shop for repairs needed after an accident and I was going thru insurance for some of the coverage. From the beginning to the very end, Andy was extremely helpful, friendly and reassuring. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure to get me the best for my buck. I was very happy with the results of the repairs. I highly recommend using them!

I lived in NY over 40 years. I know pretty much all auto body shops and mechanics. College point, to Northern blvd, to Great Neck, to Long Island, etc. There are hundreds. Its hard to find a nice one. Trustworthy, honest and friendly. My brother from church recommended this place. I knew about it but never went. So I took a chance and got both my cars serviced and inspected there. Will was very respectful and kind. He was busy, but wasn't a jerk. Most mechanics talk down to you and just gives you a nasty feeling like you're bothering them, when you're actually giving them business. But Will is very respectful and kind. And takes the time to listen and talk to you like a decent human being. Lol and even the other guy I spoke to there, very nice and kind. I don't understand the other negative reviews. Makes me wonder if the customer was the problem. Either way this was my experience. Will is very kind. He didn't "trick" or scam me into getting more services. That's why when the time comes, he tells me I need something I will have a easier time trusting him. Thanks Will for being kind. Thats the most important! God bless 🙏

i went to get a diagnosis on my engine light with intention of fixing my car here. I was in a slight rush as my inspection was coming up that month. the first time i visit i drop my car off at 9am, wait around for 1.5h, then i call Will for a follow-up. He said he's getting to it soon. He then calls me back in 10 mins saying that there's no way to diagnose my car today since he has to reset my error codes first. He says come back in a week to get it checked. I'm back in a week and this time he calls me with the diagnosis: he says I need a thermostat and purge valve replacement, costing me $445. Considering this is a big chunk of money, I ask for the break down to understand what I'm paying for. He says the thermostat is $180 and purge valve is around $50, remaining is labor. I do a quick search on the spot and realize I can get the parts online significantly cheaper, so I ask him if i could bring my own parts instead. He says it'll be the same price and refuses to elaborate on the issue and fix. When i pick up my car i ask if i can double check the part name with him and he says "i'm not doing that this is just too much" while waving me away. i understand that it's frustrating he couldn't earn extra money off me from selling parts, but i've brought my own parts to previous mechanics before and didn't realize this was an issue. I bring the car in to my family mechanic a couple days later (it's a far trek which is why I tried ET instead) and they replaced my purge valve within 10 minutes (i brought my own part). Said nothing else wrong with the engine and passed my inspection. Costed me $30 for labor. Can't help to feel scammed and disrespected by Will.

Will at ET auto group did a fantastic job for my little mishap. Amazing paint blend, reasonable prices, quality work. Confident to take any future mishaps back for correction. Highly recommended! Edit: 1/27/21: on lease return, I (stupidly?) disclosed the work done to the lease return inspector - he said it was one of the best paint repair jobs he’d ever seen.
