My experience at E3 Collision was everything I was hoping for and more! Not only was the owner friendly and goes above and beyond but the entire staff is so welcoming it just feels like a family. The quality of work as well as speed they did it in was amazing! If I ever have any more issues with steering wheel troubles or anything in general I will definitely be coming back. E3 COLLISION is amazing. They have the best customer service I’ve ever had when it comes to cars. I haven’t gotten into a car accident in close to 10 years so this process was foreign to me. I spoke with Emily and started the process. She understood I needed another electric car since it’s been awhile since I had a gas car and as well I have a child so I wanted to wait long as possible to not give up my car. When I tell you it took exactly 2 weeks for them to fix my car it was exactly that. It came out like I didn’t get hit. Crystal took care of me and answered any questions I had. They ordered the parts and then called me to have me drop off my car and drop me to get the rent. If you have a Tesla HIGHLY recommend because their work is amazing and customer service is as well. Tesla highly recommended them as well.

Let me tell you, John and everyone down at E3 Collision on Anaheim St. did a fantastic job repairing my Tesla Model Y. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work that had been done. I was not used to that kind of service. Usually repair shops just want to get you out the door as quickly as possible, but not John. He repeatedly told me that if I was unhappy with how it looked, they would repaint, or rework the surface. If you have a Tesla and it needs work, don't mess around, take it to E3 Collision on Anaheim St. John and E3 Collision have made a lifelong client out of me and I will be recommending everyone I know to get their work done at E3 Collision. The pictures I posted are the before and after shots. My car looked brand new!

This is my second time working with E3 Collision and their service/communication has been superb both times. This second time around I got into accident I had an EV so I was concerned about how the repairs would differ compared to a normal ICE vehicle. They assured me they would take care of me and the phenomenal! My car looked exactly how it did before the accident. My point person was Crystal and she did a great job communicating the status of my repairs to the very last detail. She was quick to give me an update if I had any questions or even if I didn’t have any, she made sure I was kept in the loop. If you have an EV and are looking for a body shop that will not only do high quality work but also have great communication then come here! E3 Collision has definitely earned my business in the future.

I had a great experience with E3 Collision. Just by traveling down the streets and seen a sign with a specialized in Tesla, For me, it a one-stop shop. They were very knowledgeable about the car and it's details. My experience was great and service that I got from them. Just like going to 5 star dealership.
