Worst experience in my life They are very unprofessional Mechanic the guy name mani he did commitment with me he can fix my car in Few days when I asked about my car He always said give me two days after He did stop answering my phone call I went to shop because he not answer my call than he said I need some parts of your car can u bring me that’s parts and I three different times I brought my car parts all the three time and after he gave me new excuse last when he couldn’t fix my car and he started rude behavior with me And Because Mani already wasted my two months then I finally decide take to my car other auto shop and that guy fixed my car only in two days

After a low-speed collision, I took my Subaru Legacy in for a door replacement and fixing of a dent on an adjacent panel, as well as reattachment to a moulding part that came loose. They got me a used door and repainted it with the proper color paint. They blended the paint on the same side door to make them match. I'm very pleased as it looks great like nothing happened to the car. I was appreciative that they were honest about what could be done and saved me ~ $1000 relative to the nonsense the dealership offered, which also didn't want to reattach the partially hanging off part and wanted $500 for a new piece that could just be fixed with fasteners. I will happily go to EASTCOAST AUTOMOTIVE again if I need work done.

My vehicle lease was up in 60 days and had lots of damage to the front of my car and passenger side fenders. Someone had backed up and smashed my car in pretty bad while I was sleeping. I went to east coast automotive inc. and met with annthony and Glennys. They made me feel comfortable leaving my car there and told me my car will look brand new when they finish. They kept good communication throughout the process and when my car was ready, it looked like i just left the dealership. I had my car inspected and they gave me a perfect inspection report. Now i can return my lease and not pay any fees! I will definitely recommend, these guys rock!

I used to go to this shop based on a friend's recommendation. At first they were good, but quality of work started getting worse quickly. It culminated with these guys STEALING REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT I BOUGHT (breaks rotors) and leaving the old ones, only replacing my break pads. I did not know until my breaks went bust few months later and the dealership showed me the mess they've left. DO NOT GO THERE, unless you can ensure they put the right parts on your car, then you might as well do the job yourself.
