My car was towed to this shop after an accident and I am not going to lie, I was A little reluctant to leave my car there to get the work done because I had read the reviews online. But to my surprise, they did awesome work on my car. I couldn’t be happier. The staff kept me in the loop of the work that needed to be done and the parts that were needed throughout the process. My car was ready in a week and the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I Couldn’t be happier with the results. If your looking for a autobody shop, trust me and take your car to East Coast Customs You will not be disappointed .

DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE. STAY AWAY. This auto shop was recommended by a tow truck that picked up my car. They guaranteed superior work and I left utterly disappointed. Not only was I careless for over a week due to their incompetence, but I was told I could only pay cash so that I had no record of my payment. I asked the cashier Destiny over 4 times within a week if the credit card machine was up and running, every time she said no. When I made my cash payment, they gave me a written out phony receipt with no information on it. Not only did they do that, but they also stole 3 of my factory tires from my vehicle and replaced them with older tires from all different companies. All these tires they replaced on my vehicle, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, are now in need of replacing due to them being older than my physical car. This is unbelievable from a shop who claims does good work and can be trusted. DO NOT TRUST THIS BODY SHOP. They are shady and only care of their own interest. I only thank this body shop for making me more aware and experienced for future encounters.

Please stay away from this place. After my accident NYPD had the car towed here. They gave me hell to get the car out cuz I wanted to take the car to a body shop I know and trust. They were trying to over charge for 1 day $925.

East Coast Customs has been around the car scene for a very long time! I’ve been working with them ever since they had the shop in 1160 Bronx River Ave. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There work speaks for its self. With state of the art equipment on site, east coast customs does not skim on getting the job done efficiently and adequately. They also do towing and walk-ins and provide you with a rental! Hassle free! Who could beat that. I recommend this auto body shop to anyone!
