I was driving north on the NJ Turnpike this morning. One of their vans came flying up behind me, going well over the speed limit. At the last second the van whips into the left lane. I was holding the steering wheel, waiting for the impact it was so close. No way I would want these people anywhere close to my property.

Needed new central air conditional unit installed in my Florida home. It was installed in one day as promised. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and left the work site clean. We were informed how to keep the unit running efficiently. All our questions were answered. My family has had an ECM contract for many years. Whenever a repair was needed, appointments were made according to our availability.

Our A/C broke during the very hot humid days. ECM came out, assessed the situation and it was decided that we needed a new 4 ton unit. They came back within 2 days and Lincoln installed the new unit. He was courteous, professional yet friendly and did a great job. Thank you

Last week ECM came for their annual A/C free maintenance check. After further review by the technician it was determined that based on the age (14 years) that our system should be replace with a more efficient unit. Logan recommended a Lennox unit. After further discussion and reviews we decided that a new unit was the way to go. ECM's pricing and guarantees were well worth the investment The installation took about six hours. The workers were very knowledgeable and neat. Very happy with their work ethics.

After having a technician from ECM come to my condo to do a a/c tuneup and finding out that a major part of my system needed replacing due to rust and leakage, I decided, to replace the entire a/c unit. I decided, based on the age of my air conditioner that an expensive bandaid repair wasn't worth it, so my wife and I opted to replace the entire unit. With the expert help of ECM's technician, we arranged to for the replacement two days later. The installers showed up on time, took about six hours to do the whole job and were as professional, courteous and neat as one could hope for. I will definately call ECM the next time I need professionals to handle appliance problems in my home and will certainly recommend them to my friends.
