I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my great experience with East Collision. After an accident in NY, I was worried about finding a high-quality repair shop for my MB E400. I discovered East Collision through the MB Certified Collision website and saw they had excellent reviews. From my first call with Paul, I felt confident in their professionalism. Paul and his team worked with my insurance and thoroughly repaired my car, even involving Mercedes for a final check. The result was flawless, and when a minor issue arose afterward, Paul quickly resolved it with the Mercedes dealer (The front left sidemarker lamp malfunctioned, necessitating the replacement of the entire headlight since it is an LED unit, which is quite expensive). I'm extremely satisfied with their service and customer care. Paul is fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend East Collision, especially for Mercedes-Benz repairs. Thank you, East Collision!

My experience with East Collision was excellent. Paul and his team go out of their way to make sure you get the best quality service. Paul was very professional, he explained in detail the process of repairing my car, in addition handling and communicating with the insurance company. Paul provided transportation so I was be able to go to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. Also, getting and receiving updates on my car progress was very simple and painless. Overall, everything was seamless and I am very satisfied with the results of my car.I would highly recommend East Collision they are a 10 out of 10!!!!!!

Do not overlook this shop. The work done is OUTSTANDING. When I was shown my car I asked who's car is this. The workers went all out and and cleaned inside and out. My car was returned with SHOW room appearance. Beautiful. Paul Rotondi was great and had the crew do a over and beyond job. You ARE GETTING LUXURY work done on your luxury vehicle.
