East Side Service Center Truck & Tire Shop

Johnny was awesome. My suspension on my toy hauler broke about 70 miles outside of Needles. We got in just before closing so he let us camp behind the shop. They had a water spigot and let me plug into the electricity. He had all the parts in stock to repair it. They started on it before 8am on a Saturday and had me on the road by 1030. Best place to break down ever...hahaha Thanks to all the crew who helped! You guys rock!!

Stopped here to use restroom, while here Johnny came over and told me he thought my travel trailer tires looked low. Told me to pull up so he could air them. Now I knew I needed tires just was thinking when should I do this. Well he agreed and I was able to have him install better tires then I bought at Discount Tires. I was out of there within an hour with 2 new tires that should last 5 years instead of the 2 years I got with Discount Tires. Very grateful that I did this. Great service. Johnny took the time to explain what I had and why I need something better. Good job Johnny.

I came here the morning after Thanksgiving and thankfully they were opened. The bathrooms were clean and the customer service was amazing. Thank you so much for all your help. You save me so much time and money. Thanks Bob and Jason

Daniel my mechanic was great. I was having problems with my car in the Mojave desert and I called ahead to see if he could look at it when I pulled in. He looked at it on a Friday at 3pm. Pulled the wheels off and determined it was wheel bearings. To make a long story short I was back in the road on Saturday at noon with 2 new wheel bearings on a 2010 Toyota highlander. Daniel to get me going back to Toronto missed taking his kids to the park on Saturday morning to make sure I was good to go. It was one of my best stories of the road ever. He knew I was stressed and assured me things would be taken care of and they were. Cant recommend him any higher

I want to express how thankful we are for Jason the service guy who came to our rescue. We blew a tire on our new Peterbilt tow truck on our way home to California from Phoenix Arizona on May 22nd. We were just 14 miles from Needles on the US Rte. 95 with 1 bar of cell service. We called East Side Service Center, and they sent their driver out to assist us right away. They responded quickly, were very professional and got us safely back on the road. If ever in the area, you are in need of services definitely give them a call! Highly Recommended! Thank you all for your help.
