Their business practices are manipulative and unethical, and many have accused them of criminal behavior. It is clear that their main priority is money, at the expense of their customers' trust and well-being.Despite the initial price of $30,900, the dealership was able to manipulate the situation and make the me pay a staggering $50,659.70 for the car. This is a clear example of how car dealerships can take advantage of customers and inflate prices, making it difficult for them to pay off the car. It's important for consumers to be aware of these tactics and to do thorough research before making a big purchase like a car. Additionally, it's concerning that I still have two years of monthly payments to make, highlighting the long-term financial impact of this inflated purchase. I have reached a point where I am unable to make my monthly payments due to financial difficulties. It is a difficult and stressful situation that I never thought I would be in. It is hard to believe that I have fallen into this situation and I am unsure of how to overcome it. It's important to be cautious and do your research when dealing with potential dealers. Don't be fooled by their convincing words and always double check prices and information. I trusted the car dealership to sell me a car at the advertised price of $30,900, but instead they took advantage of my inattention and charged me $50,000 plus When I realized the mistake, I asked for a refund but was only given $2000. Even worse, when they finally gave me a check, it was without an account and routing number, causing it to bounce. This whole situation has been a major inconvenience and the bank closed my account. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with this company. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they continuously deceived me. In addition, they added on a $6000 plan that I specifically stated I did not need or want. They promised that the bank would refund and credit it, but once again, they were dishonest and did not follow through. It's clear that this company lacks integrity and I regret ever doing business with them. You may have thought you could manipulate me because of my race, status as a single mother, immigrant background, and struggles with depression and desperation. But in the end, it was you who played yourself. After three years, I have been able to reflect and do the math, and time has proven that the truth always prevails. Your attempts to undermine me only serve to reinforce my strength and resilience. Car price was $30900 I signed $50659.70 without knowing I put down $14,000 I already made about $19000 payments of $552.50 monthly (36 months) I still have to pay $14,69.88( more then 2 yrs) Despite putting down $14,000, I already made about $19,000 payments of $552.50 monthly it has been about 36 months so far and I still have to pay $14,659.88 for the car. The total cost of the car was $50,659.70, which is significantly more than the initial advertised price of $30,900. As a result, I struggled to make ends meet and was unable to pay my other bills on time. This caused my credit score to plummet from around 800 to a low of 475, making it difficult for me to access credit or loans in the future. This situation has had a significant impact on my financial stability and future opportunities.

Took my car in for a transmission repair 2 weeks the same issue popped up. Couldn’t get a loaner car for dropping my car off there because I didn’t buy the car from that dealership which is ridiculous. I dropped my car there off the first time for the repair and 2 weeks later the same thing happen. I should get a loaner car to use since this is the same issue happening and wasn’t fixed the first time!!

Bought my car back in August. Had some issues but it was resolved. Car recently coolant leak. Took it to a dealer in my Area- Dealer quoted $9k because a whole host of things. I was like these peopel are insane. Took at back to the bronx- Sammy was the Service Rep. Realized the coolant take had a crack. Also did a break flush. Now the issue is resolved. Thank you very much. Great service- All this was done over 24hours. Only dissapointment- was hoping for a rental..so I didnt have to take the train home...lol
