My family has been looking for a good mechanic to bring our vehicles to for several years now since we moved, and I think we've finally found the spot! The friendly service and commitment to a job well done really stood out to me with these folks. They were fast, reasonably priced, and honest. We were very pleased with the convenience of the drop box and they were able to get all the work done on our family vehicle in one day. I have been using Eastside since April of 2005. It is the first place i take all of my vehicles for service. For this service they had to replace the belt tensioner on my Honda Pilot. Excellent service.

Great Service done right. Was quoted a price by the dealer, I took it to Eastside. I got all the recommended work done at one third of what the dealer was going to charge me. Very happy with the price and results.

Both owner Matt and service writer David were friendly, helpful, and approachable; work was done and finished when promised, and work was done properly, no further issues with the system they repaired. I will be going back! Even though their estimate was a bit higher than quoted at another place, I am a retired automotive technician of 35 years myself, and I know how it can go when you use the lowest bidder…So I’d prefer to pay a bit more for thorough and conscientious work. I was referred to this shop by a former mechanic that worked there who had nothing but GREAT things to say about the shop. I found it to be true. 👍👍👍👍👍Five thumbs up!
