Easy Street Auto and Tire Service

I just got my Isuzu back from Easy Street and couldn't be happier!! It's nice to be able to go to a mechanic you can trust! Great customer service and very reasonably priced. This was my second time there and very pleased with both experiences. Best mechanic I have had hands down and will be my go to mechanic from here on out! Thank you so much and I will have another car coming your way soon.

Awesome local spot. I had a screwdriver in my tire and found this place. So glad I did. You can tell Integrity is a principle they abide by. They fixed me up and sent me on my way w/o charge me. Impeccable customer service.

Terrible service. Please save your time and money. I went to Easy Street because my AC was having some minor issues…working fine but getting tired with long term use. They told me they would have a look- then came back to me with a bill for almost $300. I was alarmed because they hadn’t even told me what the issue was or what needed to be fixed. When I expressed this to them they said - well you didn’t ask! I completely understand that car repairs can be expensive, but I was sitting right in the waiting room, so why could they not communicate this to me? Instead they just recharged my AC and charged me an arm and a leg for it, then the problem persisted just as it did before! Complete waste of money. To top it off the owner was extremely rude. I honestly felt like, as a woman, that he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I will certainly never give my business to them again and maybe this post will save others a headache and some money. UPDATE: owner blatantly lies in replies to try to get people to delete their reviews. He is certainly not someone to be trusted.

My car sat for 5 weeks before I had towed to another shop. They are good for the small stuff but if you really need your car fixed be careful. They told me 2 weeks. When I came back they didn’t even know what it needed done and said 2 more weeks! I came back and he said he would get to it that week. It hadn’t been touched for so long the new battery was dead and nothing was fixed. If they weren’t going to fix it the could’ve been honest with me in the first place and I would’ve had my car fixed a month ago.
