One word RELIABLE !!! When no one was answering me , when AAA wanted to charge me $$$$$$, when the previous tow truck messed with my Jeep and left me stranded. Alan answered my call within 3 rings. He gave better prices than AAA, and he was detailed with his availability and got to me quicker than he said he would. Alan was professional and sympathetic to my situation. Not many people are these days. It’s great to know Alan is in this field helping others like me.

I had reserved service with another towing company to have my vehicle towed from my residence to the dealership for my appointment. After confirming with that business that everything was set up, five days later, on the day I needed to be at the dealership, when I called to check in with this towing company, they informed me that there was no record of my appointment for service. Moreover, they informed me that the employee that made my appointment did not work on the day of my towing and failed to make any note of my appointment, consequently, they considered my appointment invalid. Needing to make my dealership appointment, I called Eaton's Towing and spoke with Alan. He was professional, informative, courteous and a really nice person. Alan was able to secure my vehicle and transport it to the dealership in time for my appointment. Moreover, Alan's truck was in good working order and appeared professionally upkeep. While this is not truly important as any tow truck that gets you where you need to go is a good tow truck, having such a well maintained vehicle shows pride in your work and in your business. I highly recommend Alan and Eaton's Towing & Recovery. Thank you for saving the day Alan!

This is the Tow company you want to come get you when having car issues. Professional, reliable, good rates, and quick. Definitely would recommend eating towing when you need a tow.

We needed a tow for someone in dire need that was far away from us. Today's business world is full of pragmatists. Luckily we got Alan, someone with patience and a kind heart who went above and beyond for us. My Grandfather was a tow man for 50 years helping people in need, going beyond for people in need was his mission in life and it went beyond towing. That tradition continues in people like Alan. This is who you call If you're in trouble.

Very professional. On time. My truck is lowered and was going to be a difficult tow but he was experienced and handled it no problem. Will definitely use him again and recommend to others.
