Solid experience. I arrived unnanoucned, with my Volvo on a flatbed with a dead starter. I was able to provide a part within a few days, and in less than a week my car was ready. The crew had to push my 4000lb tank across the parking lot, so much appreciated for your efforts! This is a third generation family run business. I respect the owner for being so transparent, and not looking to nickel and dime me for extras. Knowledgeable, easy going, and friendly staff. If you're unsure about where to bring your car, don't over think it.. Just go to Ed Sears. As someone who's done all of my own work, from exhaust, brakes, suspension, water pumps, and more, I can tell when a shop is sketchy— and Sears is NOT one of those shops.

Chris fit me in on short notice for an inspection when I was failed for inspection at Monro in Malta yesterday for my wipers. They fully inspected my car and my wipers, found nothing wrong and completed my inspection. They were great. Will only come here from now on!

Brake shuddering totally gone, suspension repairs and alignment seem great, tight and well controlled steering; all seems excellent so far at a much better price and customer focused relationship.than the dealership I have been dealing with.

This place is exceptional. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and just plain helpful. I had jumped to the conclusion that I needed a head gasket repair, and he helped me understand that it wasn't quite so clear based on the work I had done so far. Very thankful for this place and I'll be sure to come back!
