We experienced some unexpected car troubles where we had to get towed immediately! Eddies Auto Care in Yucaipa was the closest shop to us. With no prior experience of Eddies we were taken in with no problem at the end of their workday. It took a few days for our vehicle to get serviced but we understood the severity of the problem with our vehicle and the fact we came in unexpectedly gave us an idea that it would take a few days. They fixed the issue for what I thought was a reasonable price. I thought it was a fast turnaround for the work that needed to be completed. We're satisfied with the results and look forward to making Eddies a place where we'll come for our maintenance and service for the future! Jim at the front desk is ex-military and we love supporting our men and woman in the military past and present. TY! 12/2024 Update: We had our same vehicle sent to Eddie's and Jim at the front desk informed us that the issue with our vehicle was still under warranty and that we could get it fixed through the dealership. There was no charge for the assessment of our vehicle and Jim fit us into the schedule despite being backed up with other vehicles to work on! Thank you Eddie's for the honest assessment cause we would have never known about the recall part for our vehicle. Eddie's is honest and Jim is GREAT! Thank you Jim for your service and we'll be coming to Eddie's whenever we have car troubles in the future! Definitely recommend them!

Eddie's Auto Care was great. We had a smog issue & knew our truck would not pass the test. Eddie's figured out the problem, fixed it, & got our Truck to pass & back on the road. Eddie's was very friendly, clean, & they know what they are doing. Will definitely use them again. 💥💥💥💥💥

I recommend Eddie's Auto Care to everyone. They have fair prices and great customer service. Jim is a great guy and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. If you are looking for a good mechanic then this is the place to go. 😀 I came to Eddie's Auto Care again to fix my son's car. Once again, Jim took care of the issue at a fair price. Thank you, Jim.

I trust this place!! Mr. Galindo the owner fixed my car, my car was acting up so I drove up to see what was wrong, I was panicking because my car stopped working even though it was just my battery, he took the time (he was very busy) I've been going here since my hubby passed 2018🥺 Mr. Galindo check the date on my battery it was 2017. My hubby would take care of our car's 😞 SO YES ! I trust this place 😁 thank you for taking care of this senior citizen ❤️

This place is great- Jim is awesome and always fair and honest! I've brought 2 vehicles to him so far ( Yukon & Grand Wagoneer) and no matter the job big or small, I get my car back quickly! I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend anyone who wants a trustworthy mechanic to EDDIES AUTO in YUCAIPA!
