Edmond’s Towing

Was connected by AAA with Edmonds Towing when my car broke down on the grapevine. Chris, my driver was super friendly and saved me time and money driving me to their mechanic shop, who also did a great job. I will be writing a separate review for them. If you end up with them consider yourself lucky!

I broke down on the tarmac of a helicopter pad during active wildfires and said oh shoot, not good gotta get outta here. Mountain Towing was the only one who had a reasonable price and timing to help out. Once my car was hooked up, it always makes me cringe to have to get towed in to a spot that I am unfamiliar with for repairs. They came highly recommended from the towing company, and I see why. When dealing with mechanics, it can get rough but they were very reasonable and reliable. I’d recommend!!!

We were in a tough spot. Edmonds went above and beyond to help us out. Miracle and his team truly care about their customers and are very competent. Ash (our driver) was professional and friendly. It may just be a tow. We hope that’s all you need. Or you could use some help over and beyond like us. Miracle and team got us set up with a room, a mechanic, and an optimism we needed at the time. Two thumbs up.

Chris was my tow truck driver! I've been towed a few times and it's also very stressful. As a single woman in todays world it is also nerve racking having to be completely reliant on a random person like that. I am so grateful Chris from Edmonds Towing was my driver! I was on the side of the road on the highway, with my entire life in my car moving 10 hours away . I had my cat and dog with me and they were terrified. Chris called me right away and communicated with me the whole time. He made sure that I was in the right location so to not waste our time and get me right away. He really gives a huge effort and does his best, you can really tell. He rushed over to my car, working fast while also helping me stay calm. Me and my dog and cat (as I was holding him) ran to the tow truck, they were freaking out, but he was super good with my animals. He picked up my 50 lb dog and put her inside. On the drive we were chatting and he made me laugh and made me feel super comfortable which is SO important during a high stress situation like that! You need to keep your wits about you and we had a great conversation. You can tell he is a very good man, professional and a very hard worker. I wish him the best and this man needs a raise!!!!

Had the pleasure of Robert coming out to tow my car. There’s a reason why they are the best out here. Clean rigs, good attitude, wonderful service. Robert made it happen. I see why he’s a part of their team. I Appreciate you man!
