Wow, this was by far the best experience I have had with any auto service. I called Pedro's late evening, after the shop had closed, and he picked up. He immediately assessed the issue, even after the stated open hours, so I could make it to work okay the next morning. He was kind, honest, thorough and genuinely cared about making sure the issue with my car was taken care of well. It turned out to be a battery issue and not an alternator issue (thank goodness). Pedro was professional, efficient and honest--it was a great experience and I will be returning for any future car needs!

Pedro is the most honest mechanic I've ever taken my cars to. He's helped me, my friends and family with a dozen cars and trucks over the last 15 years, and I am so happy to have met him. I had to crack up at the few people who wrote the angry reviews. Pedro is a really nice guy, but he is a human being who can get annoyed with people who try his patience. Hey, even I have tried his patience on occasion, but he's such a good mechanic I just appreciate it that he continues to provide a great service to us. He's a great (and very interesting) person who is ery passionate about fixing cars, and the mechanics of how things operate. Happy I found this guy.

After running diagnostics and looking over my car Pedro was honest about it needing to go to someone who specializes in my make. He suggested a shop that he recommends and was very patient and kind. I will definitely be going back to Pedro’s for routine maintenance. Thank you Pedro

Grateful for Pedro's excellent service, he personally diagnosed my car and found the fault. I took my Cadillac to the dealer several times and my car still had the same problem Pedro's l🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯

Do not go there! The worse ever, Pedro and his brother will try everything they can to rip you off. Plus super bad attitudes like you owe them. I don’t need to be an auto expert to go get service, that’s what I am paying you guys for. Pedro was so mean and rude when I simply just ask question and a price. Not only I will never go to them I wish they go out of business so that other people won’t have to suffer from their horrible service and arrogant attitudes. Do not go by all means. Go to the Elite auto or Bay mufflers, they are so much better and cheaper and more professional. Plus they are so nice and friendly to talk to. People, I swear with all my heart, do not near them! Time will tell! You will go out of business soon for the worst service ever existed in America. Shame on you for treating people that way.
