The very best 24-hour tire service in NYC. Came in with a flat, using a tow, changed tire a.s.a.p, fair price and checked pressure on all my other tires. Polite .

These people are absolute crooks. I’ve always made it a point to support local businesses, but this place tried to scam me outright. I asked for a price to replace and balance four tires, and they quoted me $95. When I went inside to pay, they suddenly jacked up the price to $140. When I refused, the manager not only insulted me—calling me “broke”—but also started cursing me out in Spanish, not realizing I understood every word. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, the guy who originally gave me the $95 quote convinced the manager to lower it to $120 simply because I drive a BMW. This level of dishonesty and disrespect is disgusting. My family and I have supported this place for years, but after this disgraceful encounter, we will never spend another dime here.

Horrible customer service . Went to this location for a quick tire change because of the reviews . I thought this was a decent place but I was completely WRONG. They were speaking in Spanish to each other … cursing and laughing at me … also seemed annoyed because I needed more time to decide if i actually wanted a new tire or a used one . Even when I was leaving they were doing the same thing. If I would’ve realized sooner I wouldn’t have given them a DIME.

Good for tires only. I went for a wheel alignment and tire balancing. The wheel alignment took 3 tries before it was done and its still not straight.

Fraudulent place. I went there to fix a punctured tire and they told me tire was no good and i would need one for $80. when i told them i needed a minute to look and think about it, they sneakily punctured one of my other tires! Never go there they'll tell you that you need used tire so they can take your better tire.
