For context, the problem ended up being a starter bolt missing/messed up and a loose cable on a battery that was fixed by another shop. Plus the only reason my car was on and running in the first place is cuz I got blessed and it randomly cracked after two days of not cutting on! So initially everything was good. I called up there and the lady was cool and got me in (which I appreciated because the holiday was coming up and I'm trying to go home as a college student). I went there after work to be greeted rudely like I was messing up her day(a completely different lady than who I called and talked to). Waited for my car to get looked at, they took it in relatively fast. The issue is they got it out pretty fast too. The reason I took the car in was because it wasn't starting and struggling to turn over. I clearly explained to the lady the issue and they only checked the battery and sent me on my way. Then the Lady who was ever so consistently rude, told me another part of my problem (other then a below average battery charge) was also my key battery that allows me to do remote stuff. IN NO WAY DOES IT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CAR STARTING!! So here I am praying to find a place to help me out so I can have a car that will start in the morning but nope got told "You got five dollars, you can go across the street and get a battery in your key." (No joke- that's what the Lady said for a car that's wont start) Finally tried calling back not just 15-20 mins after I left to come back and get spark plugs(which I do need & thought was he core issue at the moment) Got told by that same Rude Lady " No, No, we wont do that". Thanks for caring bout your customers - possibly new ones. Thank GOD I found a place down the Street where they actual took the time to look and fix my car. Happily paid them and happily will go back there but not here. Only gets a one star because I can't do a zero and at least I wasn't asked to pay for wasting time

Eldridge tire went out of their way to take care of my wife and I. Our particular repair was quite the opposite of a gravy job and in spite of their heavy workload were able to get us in and back on the road when everyone else in town were either not interested or quoting absurd prices. They are light hearted and fun to interact with while holding an attitude of service and commitment to the community. Good people and competent hands!

Cathy is the best - she helped my daughter who is a freshman at the college and didn't even charge her for what we thought was a bad alternator and could have run us over $600 dollars! Honest people are so nice to deal with in business and in life and we really appreciate her and her business - would definitely recommend her shop - cheers! DK
