They advertise +19mm raised spindles clear 15" Fuchs and they do not. They ruined $1,500 worth of wheels. Asked Chuck to call me twice and he won't. After the service and damage was done only then does he tell me "you need heavy modifications to your control arm and ball joint nut to make these fit". Poor service. Go elsewhere.

I understand the reputation, having served the Porsche community over a long period of time with many happy customers. However, my experience (initially great) had taken a nose dive after making the initial purchase. Ordered Sport Restoration 1 with gold plated Torsion bars. After a surprisingly long back order with little updates on timelines, I was offered to take a similar product (same performance but different finish). I took this product to finish my project as soon as possible, but was sent something, that when opened looked dirty. I was ensured that these weren't used but I just felt a little ripped off as I was a team player taking a substitute and got shipped something that at seemed used. The communication also became much harder after I placed my order which was disappointing. Asking a couple basic questions and not getting a response, or being promised to get a call back but never getting one. They make great products and every interaction isn't perfect, but I felt disappointed having spent money with this shop. Seems like my experience is out of the norm, but thought it was worth noting.

Chuck and the staff at Elephant racing are real pros. They have helped me with my suspension on my 911 and really make an effort to make sure everything is perfect, from a complete overhaul to adjusting small details. Their alignment is the best I've ever had. Top notch.

If you want superior service with tremendous positivity among the staff, buy from elephant racing. This is how people should treat one another. Not to mention their great products.
