Eli's Collision Repair at LAX/Inglewood

We took our Jetta to them after a car accident, and they did an amazing job!!!! My car looks as if nothing ever happened. They replace all the parts with original ones and paid attention to every detail in a very professional manner. They had my car for about a month, and the communication throughout was excellent, they provided updates every week. I highly recommend this place, their customer service is fantastic, and they are truly professional

The service I received was very welcoming after being a victim of a hit and run driver. They arranged to have the rental car meet me at their facility which was a nice touch after experiencing such a traumatic event. Their intake process and being a Porsche and Audi certified shop reeled me in. Unfortunately, my car was deemed a total loss, so they didn't get to repair it so I can't comment on their work. However; their reception and customer service was very responsive and the guys made it easy for me to stop by and pick up my belongings before releasing the car over to the insurance company.

I was very happy with the service provided by Eli’s Collision. They were always a call/email away if I had any questions/concerns. I’m not much of an email person and their team was able to accommodate and send me updates via text. My vehicle was returned clean and in good condition. They have provided me with email copies of all the repairs performed on my vehicle and handled the entire process with the insurance without issues. Upon dropping off my vehicle Chad requested a member from Enterprise rental car to pick me up from the Body shop, saving me an Uber trip! As for when picking up my vehicle, the team was kind enough to allow me to leave my rental there and have enterprise pick it up! I will say it took over 3 months to get my vehicle returned to me but I can guarantee that everything was done properly and to AUDI standards. Thanks again!! I will definitely recommend.

I couldn’t believe it took over thirty days for the repair to my vehicle which appeared to be minor. I was told they would stay in contact of each step of the repairs this didn’t happen. I was informed my car would be put on a flat bed from the dealer to the repair shop and the same back, why did my car have 7 extra miles on it from the day i dropped off. This was very unprofessional. I could not fine the rep after I received my car from her, left her a note of the excess mileage on her desk and asked to call me, she hasn’t. I also asked for reimbursement for excess car rental since the insurance only pay for 30days, I’m waiting to hear from Corporate ( they were out of town) I will say the repair looks good I can’t take from Eli’s. I can’t say the same for the customer care relation department and its difficult to contact someone at this business directly and they have business cards.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and provided a detailed updates. Especially Yarithza and Angelo. The quality of work exceeded my expectations.
